You need to install the full .net 4 framework. Check the first post of the PureRotation thread, but agree, this would be better posted in the Pure thread.

Because we use functions in the routine which are delivered with framework 4.0+? . And we don't use system.web.

I knew 4.0+ was required, was just confused about the error being about system.web specifically. If PR doesn't use it, then it's probably being caught by PR from somewhere else in HB. Doesn't change the fact that he still needs .NET 4.0+ though =)
