Purchasing lifetime hb bot key question

I have found some one looking to sell their lifetime hb key but wanted to find out a few things before purchasing. From looking through the site I see that you all are fine with people buying and selling their keys but is there a way I can take their used key and transfer it to my buddy auth? If yes how would that be done. Thank you.
