Purchases on an old account/key

I have several lifetime purchases on an old account. Is it possible to transfer those to my new account?

Let me clarify. Purchases made on the buddy store. I know the lifetime keys died

Email support, and have them move the active keys to the buddy auth account with the buddy store purchases on them...problem solved.
