Purchased Key No longer working

I purchased the 1 session elite edition key and received an E-mail with my key indicating I had a key that lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use. I was running the bot and after the game/bot had crashed I attempted to restart it.

When I tried logging in to the bot it gives me an error of Max Sessions used. I do not understand that as I just got the key two days ago. What can I do to get this working again without having to buy another key?
