Did you logon to buddyauth with the same email address you have on paypal? If yes you should be able to see your key there.
If you don't see it but if you're sure its the correct email address please mail [email protected] cause forum support cannot help you with key or payment related things.

my paypal email is different as the buddyauth, does it work if i register with my paypal email on buddyauth?
