Purchase not showing up

Purchased a routine from store, it says its enabled but it does not show up when I launch HB.

is the key your using the same one listed in your buddyauth account? the same buddyauth account you used to buy the combat routine?

Yes, I was doing a trial, it expired, I purchased it, its not showing up now.

Have also done a fresh install and its still not showing up!
