Purchase D3 alt account with same credit card

Hey guys,

Anyway that I can get busted if I used the same credit card info as my main as my alt? I mean, I haven't bought it yet but it would save a hell of a lot of time as the easiest retail store is about 60 minutes away.

If they ban my alt that is botted, they cant touch my main if I used legit means to play it at all times right?
