The chances are incredibly low of being banned for botting D3 while playing a PB protected game. However, considering PB's track record, I can't say that with 100% certainty. Also, people who still use PB need to realize just how bad it is. (It's been shown many times that it can be completely disabled with 5-6 bytes being patched in the game.)

APB:R is exactly what I wanted to play. I'm guessing I can play APB:R without getting banned because of DB
