Proximity Shield + Tornado Shot bug

Hi,

I have a problem with my bot not getting into range when proximity monsters are nearby. It stands and shoots tornadoshot barley outside the circle and ends up dying.

I can replicate this 100% of the time and can upload gifs if needed. I think this is a common issue which needs to be overlooked at.

Depends on the routine you are using.

Old Routine (default routine that comes with the bot), uses the melee range setting for prox shield. If you set melee range really high (above like 10) you wont walk into prox shield range.

If you are using another routine, you will have to ask the author how they are dealing with prox shield. Ideally prox shield would be hardcoded at around a range of 8, and not use the melee setting since some melee skills have huge ranges now, so prox shield becomes an issue.
 
From what I'm informed the bot has Proximity Shield hard coded to 20 distance which might not be correct, is there anyone else having similar issues as I'm describing?
 
Pretty much what _Grumpy_ said, OldRoutine uses MaxMeleeRange to handle ProxShield. I usually have my melee around 20s and haven't had issues with projectile spells, so you might be seeing a problem with the skill mechanics of Tornado Shot, or too large of a melee range.
