Isn't that what he's saying? If I get it today and it doesn't live up to expectations, I can get a refund in the trial period... But in 6 months when the product has been improved and functions better I can't buy it because I once refunded the non-working product.

Personally, this isn't an issue for me as a casual botter, I'd just keep it and hope it gets better some time in the future. At this point the costs of the store products are trivial.
 
So let me clarify:

We have to sign six articles/contracts just to post on the store?

There are profiles on the fourms that are free and with in a month the dev leaves and stop supporting. There are profiles on the forums that have been out for a long time and have support and the person leaves no support and when the next expo comes out comes back and supports!

The store right now as I see it is a test for wod and all of the posters on the store are people that have been on the forums for 6+ months and have been giving support and adding new products for that time.

And if they Did not do that they prob would not of been allowed to post to the store.

Think about it they have to have trust in these people because if they did not care there would be 20 new things a day.

It's also to protect the user meaning you from people. That say your downloading a profile but when you unzip it because you trust the person and it ended up being a virus. Now your fucked and you come back here to complain

Also I have a few profiles from somewhere else. That are not Free. Even tho that person who owns the site does his best to test and remove profiles that no longer work or the creator is Mia. There's still that chance.

3 months of support is better then no support. And the prices will become cheaper and more regular /even when buddy allows more people to post to the store because they will have to be competitive but also try and get as much as they can or it's just going to turn into the ah In wow where people with just continue to undercut and all profiles will be a dollar

So i have a dumb Q if i have 2 keys on 1 BuddyAuth an if i buy a paid Cr with both keys beable to use that paid CR
 
I really think the buddystore is a step in the wrong direction...

Take a look at some of the less developed bots such as FF14ARR... the way some of the community devs are talking, Once you buy the bot, Your not going to be able to do anything with out buying more CR's and profiles...

Emagine if you had to pay for Kicks questing profile (prob one of the most valuable profile on the store) .. Well that's whats going to happen on the less used bots.
 
Would it be possible to get a "Last Update Date" or a "Compatible with version" field so that we can easily see which items we should keep disabled and which are ready to enable and use? The version could be either WoW version or (better) HB version.

Edit - I'm referring to the "My Purchases" page where we would enable/disable the streaming.

I am very very very unhappy with the buddy store and how buddy has become. Before quality mattered, gatherbuddy and dungeonbuddy worked now its just quantity and a bigger risk of botting with bugged software that haven't been crafted by skilled hands. I used to be with glider, and once those went down, hawker pulled me with him which was a good thing. The bot quality was good, everything worked and now that theres been introduced new people into this bot community the software is steadily degrading itself.

Where will it end? Today i saw profiles on the buddy store for 75 euro. How will we know it will work? How will we know that buddy product is working with the profiles and how will we know its not bugging like gatherbuddy2 do atm running back and forth between two nodes, or just have an extensive down time by standing still? And when will dungeonbuddy (a botbase thats shipped with honorbuddy) work? lfr for example?

Changes to the community is a good thing, but not all changes, and the buddy store was one of the worst things you have implemented. Before profiles, plugins, botbases and routines was free, we were all willing to help making it better.

Now since we want these changes, lets make it possible to sell our keys, coz im not sure if i want to be a part of a product thats not set quality before quantity.

Which issues do you have with GB2 and DB? Report them to their topics,attach a log and we will get there. Quality decrease due to the store is rather far fetched

Is it? Lets now think abit about this. Dungeonbuddy does that work? Gatherbuddy2 does that work? Bgbuddy? Soon the botbases that *work* will cost money, and there will be no more *shipped with honorbuddy*. Not to mention theres just 1 free warlock routine free and thats singular! This shop is a bad bad bad bad idea.

I recently leveled 10 characters from level 1 to 90 with it. What exactly is not working ? We actually had to fix a bug caused by an overflow that showed up after the bot was running 2 days straight with no interruptions.

I have 2 dedicated farmers working with GB2 with no issues since ages.

Dungeonbuddy does not support lfr in wod.
Gatherbuddy2 keeps standing still or path between two nodes it cannot make a decision on which to take first.
 
LFR has lower priority than other things. On the upside it is closer than you think.
 
Not sure if anyone ever looks at this thread anymore, but I feel a good change would be to the refund system and how you are essentially black listed from buying a product again. Currently (since WOD anyways) there seems to be a lot of incomplete or "beta" products being sold, although they are marketed as finished. I bought a some half working routines, and plugins, so I refunded them. I think the products will be good once they are complete and working right, and would like to buy them when they get there, but I no longer have the option to purchase them (as per the refund policy). I feel I'm being punished for the lack of quality control in the store.
 
Do you guys have plans to migrate the prexisiting botbases of HB like GB, DB, and PB into the store or will they stay contained in the Hb download bundle?

EDIT: not talking about charging for them, just migrating them to the streaming process.
