I guess i dont understand why this is bad? Its an SVN like other users use, i guess paying for content from other users? Idk, i dont have the mental ability to write profiles. HTML yes, XML no

So files can be split up into size allowed and uploaded here.

Like Rrrix But Rrrix knows the forum rules So it has to be something else. Maybe Its just because it needs to be hosted on the forums because Out side hosting links can be changed at anytime. What Is SVN are there restrictions with SVNs can u host Exe files?

That Or you just opened a Can of worms And have stepped into the Gray side of the fourm rules. and should turn OR you if you should go forward 000ahdwd.webp

Okay, there appears to be *much* confusion caused by this thread.
For your convenience, here are the forum rules:

Let's be clear...
  • If you post DLL/EXE, compressed file containing such, or link to same
    → you will be BANNED with no questions.
  • If you post copyrighted material for which you do not possess the distribution rights
    → you will be BANNED with no questions.
  • Any offerings must be hosted from the Bossland GmbH forums
    → no third-party sites.
  • You may not require a donation for access to content
    → this is considered advertising
    → But, a donate button on the post is acceptable.
  • You may not reference any material that is not hosted on the Bossland GmbH forums
    → this is considered advertising.
These rules have been around for several years. There should be NO surprises here.

For now, the thread appears to be in compliance. But, due to some posts referencing serious rule breakage... <sigh>... now, we've got another thread to keep an eye on.

there is alot compilations on the forum like profile+plugins, or + modified trinity combat files, etc

the PUBLIC compilation are the same, its just huge
so i can upload it?

Hi, Kevin Spacey,

If the material was originally posted to the Bossland GmbH forums, you should be good. One of the requirements for posting material to this forum is that it be released under a BSD-style license. If the author does not state this explicitly, this is implied by the fact that the material was posted here by the original content owner.

This means you are free to share, rework, remix, etc. provided appropriate attribution is provided.

If the material did NOT come from the Bossland GmbH forums, then the republishing has to be considered on a case-by-case basis.

also i have some old profiles from Acronic and Azureus, their ciggarc forum died long time ago, so it will be allright if i posted their profiles here? i dont remember but they posted it here too, i hope

Hi, kevin you are allowed to post old profiles from Ciggarc. Since ive been one of the developers on all the profiles we made. Just find more creative ways to ask for donations ;)
