Program won't work

I create a new profile fill the information out and hit run and it says starting account then closes, nothing happens.
I have tried directing the program to the AA client path but it says it's incorrect even though its directed directly to the exe.
status says "disabled" not sure what thats about but I couldn't find anything on it.

What you see in Account Manager log window? In General Log window?
You do all requests from https://www.thebuddyforum.com/archebuddy-forum/archebuddy-guides/177808-archebuddy-helpdesk.html ?

It says "Starting account" then closes. I can't seem to direct the program to my AA exe folder no matter how hard I try.
I tried adding the path to the settings file but that didnt work either. Yes I made sure I added the specified ports as well.

Try leaving your game world as "not selected".

What Operating System are you using? (windows 7, 8, Mac, Linux?)

Tried what you recommended and it still won't work. I've tried running as admin and all that too. I'm currently running win7 prof

You can login with another account from this PC with glyph?
And send me all logs from AB log folder.
