Program stops working then closes, DB says sessions exceeded and log in fails

Hi, I just download DB and tried to enter the key given to me in the email.

When I entered the key the first time Windows (10 by the way) says that "this program has stopped working" "Windows is trying to find a solution to the problem" "Windows could not find a solution to the problem, close program"...

Now when I enter the key DB says "max sessions, authentication failed"
