I followed all the steps in the manual, but the same error message appears.

No program button is executable / active.

Thanks for the help, buddy, but the problem continues. I already downloaded it as Zip and the installer. The game window lights up, but the program does not work. Very frustrating because I just bought it.

It's really frustrating not to get any support for the program I just bought. I guess I can not give it back and have my money back. I think this company has great success in charging its customers, but none in delivering its product.
