Profiles work with an German Client?

I wan't to buy HonorBuddy, but I'm not sure, if all profiles work also with an German Client.
Because I see the profiles only in english language, so I ask.

The localization is done by HB itself (in the end, it uses the ID's which are the same across language versions), so it should support all languages.

There I see the QuestName in english. Why there is the QuestName, when HB uses the QuestId?

Correction, it does not use the QuestName at all, its only to make readability easier.

Corrected my post, it does not use the QuestName in any fashion other than display purposes in some circumstances.
