Profiles not loading, not acessable.

I re-installed DB recently and tried running it but it won't let me load up any profiles.
I looked for a solution myself which I found this previous post - https://www.thebuddyforum.com/demon...ad-profiles-saimon1995s-necro-bump-split.html
To which I followed the directions given in that and I also have no fix to it, still when I click the load button DB flashes and doesn't open up the "browse" thing to find the XML file.
