Profiles I upload to GB are not showing in the drop down list?

I have tried to upload several profiles to GB but they do not show up on my list?

Any ideas would be much appreciated thanks

try a more "normal" name without symbols or "_"

Nope tried adding Tanaris as "Tanaris Flying" and it still doesn't show up on the list?
