Profiles are not loading properly

I select a profile, It says loaded. I click start (after making sure Im correct job, and such.) And then it tells me to load a profile! (Im also under the correct mode, in the case gathering. Also tried grinding.) Log attached.

You're not in the correct mode. You should be in Order Bot.
