I'm afraid it still doesn't work for me, my friend. Just tried with all 4 options disabled and while it did manage to complete one full run and get the cache, the next reset it was back to failing:

What are good trinity combat settings and stuff for this?

I feel like my char is running all over the place :D

And is there an way to make it able to not run and check EVERY corner of the map?

Writing more exact profiles for those quests, which is what these guys are already doing but obviously won't be done in a few days.
 
So on the kill diablo bounty my char runned to the room in front of diablo, crystal arch.

Then he town portaled to town? Just to run back again after some seconds thougt?

I gotta say, profile works amazing in itself but it has a few issues still which I'm sure you're aware of.

For instance, I just had it complete A4 bounty and not recognize that the bounty was done. Ran around for almost five minutes before it just moved to next area.

And earlier it just would not detect the "next area" even though it ran past it like 6 times.. Kept resetting and going back to entry point.
 
Forgive me for being an absolute noob here, but when you say these new versions are being put out, do I have to do anything? or does the Ezupdater take care of it? As I've tried running the program from a few days ago, he begins the first bounty, then all of a sudden, even after a few fights, he'll stop doing anything and just stand there even in the middle of combat and die.
