Profile Changing for Mining

Quick question...if Im going to mine for 3-4 hours a day per 24 hours should I make sure I mine in a different zone every hour? I use profile changer right now and make it change between 3 different Jade Forest profiles since it runs different hotspot lists and randomize the hotspots as well, am I safe to do this?

no but change your profile every few days and maybe change zones every 1 or 2 week
