Profile change it self

Before you start the bot, click "Settings & Tools" on the Honoburddy interface.
A menu should come up.
On the menu, look toward the bottom left (you may have to scroll down.)
You should see this:
Check the box that says "Override profile settings"
Then scroll down, and check the box that says "Ignore Checkpoints."
Save & Close the menu then start the bot. It should then do the quests you want without skipping.
Checkpoints are specific lines in the profile that has the bot skip chunks of quests in order to keep the quests relevant to your level.
With them being ignored, the bot will not skip anything.
