ProfessionBuddy undercut problem

hello,

my professionbuddy's auction feature isn't correctly undercutting when posting auctions. i have it set to undercut by 0.1%, but it keeps posting twilight jasmine for 25g when the next guy up is selling for 38g. what can i do to fix this? help is very appreciated.
