Hey guys anyone have a clue as to why my settings tab in my proffesionbuddy is greyed out? I have the latest version and i have tried searching for a solution and no luck

It depends on the profile you have loaded.

The "settings" button is related to the Profile's settings, not PB settings (there are none).

Well how can i disable the AH in the profile then?

The default 1-300 herb+mining and ive tried other profiles and still greyed out
