[ProfessionBuddy] Obsidium vendor shuffle

It does actually cycle through guild tabs, it's just not visible.
Regarding the mounting, the only thing I can recommend is disabling the use of mounts in HB. I don't have contact with the devs, so I'm afraid I can't really forward your issue.

Because on my realm the raw gems are sold for 7g bid and 9g buy per item -> so i can make a good profit from bidding on the raw gems instead of buying the ore^^
This is also a shuffle, but only one step later (we r skipping buying and prospecting ore, we buy gems)
This should be implemented to max the profit a little bit ... so if there's a way to bid on items, i would advance your profile to bid on gems (should only be 6 or 7 more entrys after the maxbuyout of obisium ore)

I'm afraid this is currently impossible in PB. I'll consider adding it with custom lua.

Seems it resumed after I deleted 2 pieces of ore in my bag. Maybe the solution is to check how many ores there is in the bag, and go to the next step in the cyckle if ore < 4 ?

Edit: Even though i answer no on the mail option my toon will go to mail.

It actually does check ore amounts. It'll loop through the following 3 steps when it's being used in loop mode: 1) Prospect if amount of ore is above or equal to 5 items. 2) Cut gems when I've got raws. 3) Buy ore if the amount of ore is below 5. If you aren't using the latest version of HB, please try and see if upgrading solves your issue.

Also, did you tell it to buy ore on the AH? If so, then that's the reason why: you need to use a mailbox to withdraw the bought ore.
 
For those of you who modified the profile to do Ele ore, what buyout price for the ore did you set?
 
Using the bot in Dalaran on an alliance toon my character will prospect all of his ore and then do a round of crafting gems, sells the gems and then runs off to retrieve more ore (leaving multiple stacks of uncut gems in his bags). To get around this I have been manually putting ore in his bags and setting the bot to not retrieve more ore when out of ore, this causes it to correctly prospect and then cut and sell all of the gems before stopping.

Any idea what the issue could be? When I set him to retrieve it is from guild bank only (not AH or mailbox), if there is anything I can try to help figure out the problem I'd be happy to help.

need a little help here.. simple question i guess ..

what mode do you run HB in to make this work, tried "do nothing" "heal&combat" ect, but my toon just stands there.... with plenty off cash, and an AH full of ore for only 40g a stack

run it in Gatherbuddy2 mode

edit: and make sure you have a valid GB2 profile loaded.. doesnt matter what one
 
hmm works great, buys ore, prospects, cuts sells, and.. exits wow? no log.. anyone got a work awound?
 
If you notice any issues with this profile doing unexpected things (Quitting WoW, not retrieving ore, skipping selling etc...), please make sure you're using the latest PB version and attach a log, I can't debug when I haven't got one. If you notice an issue it probably didn't show up on my tests, so no log = no chain of events leading up to the bug = no fix, as I can't see where exactly the logic's acting funky. Also, I've noticed some weird issues which fixed themselves by restarting HB, so please try that first. :)

I'm quite occupied irl, so feature updates will have to wait until the weekend at the earliest. If a bug happens to be easily fixable then I'll upload a new version, of course.
A fun story I'd like to share with the haters: I've been buying a few 100's of stacks in the past few days (around 800 stacks or so / day), yet the market price is still around 46-48g, and that's on a fairly dead server. So yeah, huge impact on the economy? Try running it on a realm which isn't low-pop.

I was in process of making it myself. Was very simple and didnt get far. Came on here to see if anyone else might have one. And this is far more than I could ever done.

Add my vote for the use of elementium. Few people have taken it upon them selves to lower the price of stack to 40g or less. by posting 100+ stacks at all times. I havent done math but hate to sell for less than 40g so just been prospecting and selling cut gems till maybe prices go back up.

I had a lot of gems in bag when started. And ore in mail waiting. It cut all gems in bag, when bag got full it would sell at vendor, then would run to AH buy more. Then continue cutting till bags full, sell at vendor, run to AH try to buy more. Cut more, vendor, run to AH. Until it was all done with all gems in bags. All worked great.
When came time to go to mailbox get more to prospect it stopped. Ran to AH, there was no more to buy under 50g. Just sat there with AH open. I close manually to see what would happen, it opened AH back up searched again. Just sat there doing nothing.
I had bot in do nothing mode. Remember reading in this thread people using GB2. So I stopped bot, changed to GB2, loaded a profile. Restarted. It went to vendor, then flew off trying to gather using GB2.
Stopped again. Put back to do nothing mode. Restarted, this time put no for check AH. Went to mailbox and is prospecting the ore now.

Settings used.
Get more when done: yes
Get more from guild bank: no
Get more from personal bank: no
Get more from AH: yes
Get more from mail: yes

IIRC I've done the math on Elementium somewhere in this thread, it should be around 40g or something, it's definitely on my to-do list.
About your bug, it's probably because the new mail indicator was not showing, I'll fix this in the next release, letting the bot check the mailbox regardless of whether the new mail indicator is on or not.

You should notice a profit at approx. 10 stacks or so. Please note that it's not merely the prospecting which contributes to the profit, the gem cutting is an essential part as well. Also, you'll not make any profit if you buy ore below 54g / stack.
 
I just made a quick edit and added Elementium ore. It will buy the ore, prospect it and use the green gems. It will buy them for a max of 40g per stack, do whatever anyone wants with it.

this work with just ele? or does it do both ele and obsi at the same time?
 
Tried this again and still having issues with mail. It went to the mailbox this time. But didnt take anything out. could it be because I have the mod postal?

Works for me. Loading profile Within PB? And hitting the go button not on HB but PB?

I believe there is a waiting peroid when it goes to the mailbox. Again, works for me.

**I also use postal, does not seem to effect it.
 
Got it working. For the first time going to mailbox it will open then just run off. I kept stopping trying to fix. Thought ok maybe just leave alone see what happens. After runs off from mail box it goes to ah again. Then back to mailbox. On 2nd time to mailbox it does pull. Just needed to be patient. Hehe
Looks like its making about 1k gold per hr.
