I need a template for a profession buddy profile .
i want to learn how to create profiles instead of waiting for someone else to create one or search unlimited forum posts and finding one that's incomplete and no longer maintained.
i understand how to get the NPC and Item IDs, but things like 'ignorecanrun=true' throw me off
what is the criteria (bare minimal requirements) to get started?
I tried creating via PB with HB and Wow running but it seems to crash a lot for me, I guess most use notepad++? What would be best?
I've looked through every guide, wiki and thread I can find for PB- eager to get a basic knowledge and understanding but have come up short.
Not one profile contains a Note or comment (in the xml file) to explain what does what and why with the exception of a basic one I found in a SVN folder by KickAzz .
I want it to learn Tailoring for example or First-Aid or Cooking. From untrained to say level 100.
Just to get me started. ( i do plan to make all 3 eventually)
Start in SW/Org or Dalaran and make use of AH to purchase recipe materials if not already in bags
Then I will be able to take off running from there.
