ProfessionBuddy - An Mining & Harvesting 1 - 300 Plugin

When using 1-500 Alchemy DALARAN.

Seems to be some bug when retrieving mail after buying at AH.

The newmail icon is still there after all mails/item are retrieved and PB tries to pickup mail 15-20 times with no mail to check be4 icon disapears.

Is this a known issue ?

EDIT: again in wrong thread. There are too many PB threads

If you have time, I would like the following features:

ability to load my own profile in that list which is provided in last version from menu.
cancel auction if I'm undercut.
do not post anymore of this item if I already have on AH a specified amount for this item.


I know it is possible to do them by using custom code, by would be wonderful to have them in the functions already present.

the AHbot profile that's on SVN does this.
 
Hey Highvoltz, you fixed the problem i had in the latest SVN, that good Thanks mate.

But now i got another problem, i would only like to skill my mining. So when i load the profile i set "Boolean Herb = false". But it does still run to the herb training master and tries to learn it and then it just runs to mining and yeah, just running round in circles in orgrimmar.

Any Ideas?

Im runing on Release 5107, Gatherbuddy 2. Loading a seperate profile for HB and your profile in PB tab.
 
Upon mining 1 node using your profile for 1-50 Horde it got stuck and said this in Navigation:

Ok i have found a problem with PB, and it might be a ban risk for boters.

If you have more then 50 mails it will collect 50 mail then wait for the rest to spawn, usually 30 - 40 seconds, but during this time PB will open and close the mailbox, People have been banned for doing the same on FP?s, and this one is also causing an animation so people can se it.

a 10-20 seconds delay from open to close might not be so hard to fix?

Rev 63 no longer has this behavior.

in the top bar there's a Settings button which is active when you load the herb/mining 1-525 profile , Open that and set Herb to false.

is there a guide anywhere to setup this AHbot?
and does the AHbot profile use the guild bank, get matts out and keep say 10 stacks of everything up for auction?

Yes, it can use bank.

I could not find anything related to:
do not post anymore if I already have a fixed amount of that item on AH, or post another x auctions, to maintain my fixed amount.

Can please devs reply if is doing this also?

the 'Sell Item to AH' action has 'Sell' property that you can set to either 'Everything' or 'Amount'. If it is set to 'Amount' then a hidden property called 'Amount becomes visible where you can enter the number of stacks you want posted on ah, (it checks to see what you already have posted previously).
 
Looking for Mining + Herbalism profile @ Twilight zone. All I found so far was either first or second, not both... PB defaults not even include this zone, stops @ Uldum, for sake of trade skill level..
 
please test the following bug, for me is confirmed, but I would like someone else to test it also:

someone else has posted one item WITH BID ONLY, with 3g for example.
for me, the bot will post with undercut with 7g because my minBid is 5 gold, there is nobody else with buyout price lower than 8 gold, everything is ok.
when the undercut part is coming, is checking for lowest bid, is not me, is the guy with item with bid only, and is cancelling my items, even if I'm the lowest with buyout, because I'm not lowest on bid.

I think the part with cancelling should check only for buyout, not for bid only.

I have a modified version of the profile, so it can be my code, but the code for undercutting was not changed. please check !
 
Can't get it to work.

No matter which profile I load before starting PB, I still get 'This profile does not contain any profiles fitting the character!'.
 
I'm attempting to run your 1-525 Profile, using only herbalism. I'm at 234 Herbalism and the bot is attempting to herb in Blasted Lands, which has herbs that are too high of a level for me to herb so it is stuck at this level.

If you could help me it'd be great. Thanks.

Having this issue as well. Also thowing an exception, then an HB crash.

Update: Updated Profession Buddy profiles through SVN, and that fixed my issue.

When I go to select the plugin it tells me honorbuddy has encountered a problem and needs to close =s
 
Issue. I have herbalism 439 and mining 380. I start the bot, go to plugins, select prof buddy, select mining/herb 1-525 flying, start the bot from the stopped/running button on the settings page, and no matter where I start the bot, be it Stormwind or howling fjord, it gathers a few herbs/ore and the flys south out into the frozen sea to die from fatigue. When it dies it ends of in west fall grave yard and doesnt rez. If i start it in SW, it takes the boat to howling fjord and eventually does the same, very annoying, as it was doing fine up till this point. What am I doing wrong? Log attached. Just glancing at the log, appearently the bot thinks there's a juicy hotspot somewhere south, in the Frozen Sea.
