I'm curious how similar this would be to something like a tsm bot. Like, can it be set up to do something like, "sell 'glyph of *' min 20g, max 249g, 2 stacks of 1?

Is that possible with this or with PB at all? (* as a wild card, also)

It's pretty much the same if set up properly. The difference is tsm is more user friendly when it comes to the setup.

I made the first tsm profile because atm PB wasn't working.
Iirc, Highvoltz had gotten his wow account banned and had stopped working on it (cancelling of undercut auctions was not working).

That was 6 months ago. I imagine it's been fixed forever ago.

I really don't agree with posting AH profiles. Just putting it out there. There should be some area left for people to put hard work in if they want results. These things have had impact on a fairly large scale on some bigger servers.

You could have stopped here and people might have considered a valid opinion.

Look, I literally did and still put countless hours into basically the same exact thing he posted. i have a right to wish ppl would consider all the people who don't need something as much as the ones who need it but don't want to do it for themselves. The beauty of quoting someone is that even if they delete their posts, their words are immortalized .

You made a post in which you say how strongly you feel against AH botting because of the severe impact it has on the server economy and, in the same post, you mention the fact that you fully take advantage of it.
I didn't put any words in your mouth. I just pointed out the hypocrisy of the post, which you later proved by confirming that I was right with my "presumptions".

I don't judge you for watching over your own interests. I judge you for being a hypocrite.

I understand where you're coming from. I don't use public profiles of any kind, and after seeing the results of my TSM Bot being used against me (which I made public 5 months ago), I've refrained from putting ideas/profiles out there.
I'm good at finding exploitable strategies (EDIT: I'm not talking about exploits but actual strategies), and if you see a good idea for gold making here, chances are I've had it before, and every time I see someone post a similar thing, I clench. But whatchoo gonna do? It's life. It's only fair.

What I'm not gonna do is get on a thread and start talking about how morally wrong it is to farm something or bot something just to make people guilty in hopes of lowering my potential competition.

@ HBFanboy: You know, I re-read all that, and I have to apologize. I now see that you didn't mean to actually mislead or guilt trip people into not using this so they wouldn't "ruin the servers' economies", but you were actually complaining about someone making public something you put a lot of work in and kept private for a reason.

In my defense, you were EXTREMELY ambiguous, but again, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.

That said, live and let live buddy. I made a public TSM profile 5 months ago. PB carries a stock AH profile too. This isn't new.

Looking back, I knew releasing my profile was gonna hurt me big time, but I wanted to help the community. Do I regret it? No.
It did hurt me, but it also gave me the opportunity of learning a few tricks from Inrego (who helped a lot on that profile), which has led me to getting more into PB and C sharp as a whole, and now I've made some really fancy stuff that's only helped my gf and my in our pet/mount collecting, and my personal domineering of my server's AH.

Did I like it when Zuabros made a public profile for Glorious Breastplate, destroying a market that I had absolutely no competition for? No, but I'm not gonna complain .
