When i start ah buddy, it checks for all undercut actions and take mails, but it dosent buy out items from ah? why?

nope. there is a list with all items. So only if you want to change one price, you can do so. Start the bot and see what happend Its amazing!

I am just reading about this bit but it says in the instructions that the default price is zero. Read how to set your price again. Maybe thats the problem.
