ProfBuddy stops after a few minutes

I am using Profession Buddy to level mine/herb and it was working ok but now stops after 1,2 or more gaters and just sits in mid air doing nothing. This is after it taking 5 or 10 minutes to authenticate and begin working properly. (for example for some reason sometimes HB unticks "gather herbs, gather ore") I found a thread with the same issue but instead of just answering the question and then telling the poster he should post in the support forum from now on, a mod locked the thread and told him to post here. Typically I am a big advocate of the HB team but I am beginning to feel the frustration that others have felt over the past weeks.

The forums are very hard to search for specific issues which only leads to more threads and more confusion which means more work for the HB mods.
When I have an issue I cannot solve on my own or through the forum "search" tool(which honestly is little help due to the vast amount results most times), I have to alter my log to hide revealing information about my file path which I assume could help give me away to blizz.

It cannot be smart business to have all these bug reports, problems and issues filling up the forums for when a prospective customer visits the site. Thank you for your help and I hope to be able to continue to support product and the HB team.

Sir it is the same issue with GatherBuddy and I have seen several threads with the same issue. You have not attempted to address ANY of my issues. I understand you are busy but I am really getting frustrated with the lack of support for your product.
 
I assume the lack of another response means you are now ignoring my thread or any request for support. I honestly do not feel that I am being unreasonable in seeking support for my problems. If you dont have a direct fix for me taking 2 minutes to explain this and to address some of my other concerns would go a long way in my eyes.

Of course I posted in the PB thread like you asked me to. I have yet to see any kind of response for my problem and many other peoples problems or questions. I understand this is not HB's problem though. You dont feel the need to even address any of my other problems? I will try to list the most important ones to me, that I am asking for help with:
1. I am constantly having to start HB, auth fail, auth fail , auth fail-max sessions; Restart HB , auth fail... for extended periods.
2.The forums are crazy hard to search is there a better way for me to search them than search, look through long list of results OR just look through a section of the forums blindly hoping to find something that helps me.
3. Should I alter my log in the way that I do? Should I do it better? I change the names of the file path as I'm sure it wouldnt be hard for blizz to use it to identify me, or at least it could help them.Can I just delete the whole file path in my log?
4. I really would appreciate if anyone had an answer on PB but I feel you on it not being your problem...
I guess just feel free to give another 1 line answer to a thought out request for help from a customer who does have friends...and I might even have more money to spend but its not looking good for ever buying more HB keys. I understand your busy but I cant see why I dont get a more thought out answer than you just brushing me off.

I would have handled it something like this if the below answers work:

1. these problems should be happening less and less, they did another round of fixes on the auth server, try restarting your machine and router, if your still having auth issues to see if that clears it up.
2. you can always go to google, and do site:thebuddyforum.com to limit search only to this site.
3. blizzard has more to do then harvest logs to look for small things, out of all the things you can get banned for, posting a log here is no where near the same danger levels as what people actually do get banned for.
4. PB has recently been removed from the honorbuddy releases until the developer feels he has a stable build for it, theres only so much we can do and part of that is just letting that developer deal with professionbuddy problems so he can work on fixes that everyone needs.

i understand your frustrations, and i apologize that we weren't able to resolve your issue in a timely and professional manner.
 
Thank you very much G! I appreciate your response and I really like the site search with google. This will definitely help me search the forums more effectively and stop me from having to ask for help if my issue has already been addressed. I will suggest this to anyone else I see that could use help searching the forums. Thanks again sir as I feel you gave me genuine answers to my questions.
