Product key says max sessions please help

I bought a month key for hearthbuddy yesterday and i went to log in and use it today but when i put the key in it says max sessions please help, when it does work it crashes hearthbuddy and hearthstone

I also purchased a key today to test the waters, the exact same problem is happening for me. Crashing instantly and then saying max sessions.

You can login to https://www.buddyauth.com/ and kill the session (if any is up) if there is no session up, then i would try email the support or wait for an answer here !

The crashing seems to be due to the new patch today. It seems to have affected all bots relating to hearthstone, not just Hearthbuddy. As for the max sessions problem it is normal to occur when you improperly close hearthbuddy, or it just crashes. To fix the max session issue go to Buddy Auth, log in, go to sessions, current sessions, check off the current sessions and then click "kill".
