Got quest restarted before server shutdown, just left toon in town for a few hours and it started again.. not sure what it was.
fingers crossed it works after servers are up.

Stuck at forsake plains quest npc.. i took quest for it.. did not advanced nothin.. just stood thier till it's buffs ran out, then didnt even goto town..
tell me what u need so we can fix this shitz.

Well thx for nothin, I know what the problem is... and fixed it myself..
I had no idea that it runs off pve tab also, but when I was looking I noticed it has 2 skills that said parsing error.. I removed the skills.. now it works.
