Problems with wizard?

Only started botting a little while ago, got myself 4-5 legendaries so far, 285k health, 620k dps, ~1400 AR.

I can't seem to do Master difficulty without dying ~8 times per bounty run with Trinity combat routine. Expert I die 1-2 times per run. Torment 1 is impossible for now.

I thought that Torment 1 was supposed to be easily doable once you start at 70 with decent gear, is wizard just flawed right now for botting, or is this normal?
 
At one point i only had 3 mil toughness on my wiz, It dies as much now as it did then with upwards of 11mil toughness it's just the avoidance logic. Trinity always had issues with wallers +x ability as the bot can't walk through walls so dies to whatever other affix that the elites have.
Currently "mauler" mobs that hammer u with arms are my wiz's nightmare it runs to them like a moth to a flame begging for that sweet sweet release death brings -.- or the old frozen pulse avoids it only to go stand back in it and get pulsed to death XD best way to get past is pile on as much slow and damage as possible to remove melee deaths and use either sorc follower with maximus or templar with azurewraith to hold stuff#s attention

Been waiting for a maximus drop for a while. Nothing yet. I have about 5 mil toughness now. The weird thing is that on expert, I tear through elites, almost two shotting them, but master seems like a huge jump, much higher than master to torment 1. When I play myself, I can do torment 2 quite easily, but the bot can't handle master at all. Am I better off with a barb for botting?
 
Why maximus? I don't see that as a good weapon for a wizard.

on wiz u want main/source the sorceror follower companion npc is what should use a maximus, The add it spawns (and quite frequently) taunts mobs which takes some heat off you and with the buffs they got it lives longer
 
Damn I didn't think of that, I've had 5 maximus swords drop and salvaged them all. Also had 3 or 4 azurewraths drop. :(
 
Oh and to add i use disintegrate with temporal flux i can do hellrift T6 bounty run with the bot with minimal deaths due to keeping shit away from me long enough to melt them down (1.5mil buffed with 50%~ arcane damage and 15% disintegrate) the phase beasts are the issue the bot will spin round and focus them allowing the rider adds to get to me once there near me if they stun me it's game over
