Problems with questing bot profiles.

[Compiler Error]: \Downloads\HB\Quest Behaviors\Development\BallisticVehicle.cs(778,23) : error CS0534: 'BallisticVehicle.QuestGoalType' does not implement inherited abstract member 'QuestBehaviorXmlBase.ToXml(string)'
that's the message I get when trying to use the questingbot profiles.
someone please help.

Your issue is not with the profiles, but with your Honorbuddy installation. You need to do a 'clean install'. Please carefully follow the full instructions here:
