problems with kadala

So I got the latest version of kadalaspree and extracted the files into the plugins folder and when I open DB it doesn't even register on the program. There's no option for kadala and I've tried reinstalling DB and re-extracting all the files into the right folders and still no luck. Anyone might know what's wrong?
