problems with HB after reinstalling windows

I install new Win7 SP1, NET4.0C , click-to-move in game setting, and trying to run hb with multiple profiles and CC`s , and allways i have a same trouble-bot don`t attack the target?
Pls help with any suggestions.

i updated with last HB but he sometimes fight, sometimes not. I tried all CC profiles for warrior and the situation is the same, btw i play from two PC's from one bot working flawless, but from other i have this problem and can`t understand whats wrong.

you Hb log states that you are on an outdated version
