So farming herbs and mining nodes have been a complete flop. I have tried dozen or so SMV profiles. I even tried making My own. Always the same dang results. Will just stop and stand on a node and do nothing. I can manually click the node then off it goes again farming. I blacklist it but the number of blacklist nodes i end up with. Makes it to the point where so many get skipped not worth it. It is never ending having to blacklist. These Nodes ate not on a hill or cliff or rock. No mobs in the area. I see no reason why this is happening. I'm starting to think this is a gatherbuddy issue. Anyone have any feed back on this or found a profile that actually can be afk.

You can get around this by making a GRIND profile that runs along a path that goes by as many easy to get to nodes (herb or ore) as possible and just put 99999 in the profile's faction listing and having "Harvest Herbs" and "Harvest Minerals" checked in the settings tab. It works great for me. The bot will just run the path and pick up any herb or ore nodes within distance. It will not attack mobs unless they attack your toon. It's not as fast as a GB2 profile where flying is allowed, but it's very non-buggy and works.

Remember......this method is for using a GRIND profile with Grind Bot to gather herbs and ore.....not a Gatherbuddy profile with GB2.

we realize you are having issues, and it sucks, it really does. coming to the forums to complain helps a little, but we need a little more from players.

first, we need bug report of some sort. a short post in the relevant section with supporting log. usually this will be profile related or maybe a cr issue. in this case you would go to the thread that matches your cr,profile, botbase, plugin, what have you.

go to the thread and read the last few pages, see if anyone else is having the same issue, see if there is a solution or work around posted. you may get lucky.
if there is nothing relevant to your issue, go ahead and post with your issue and log.

now if you dont feel like your issue fits any thread, or you dont find anything that looks relevant, then go to the support forum. again, short post describing your issue with a log. two if you got em. but make sure the issue is reproduced in the log.

there is a good chance others are experiencing the same issues and a log will help developers narrow down the issue.

people have issues, its common, but sometimes a post in the right section will help fix the issues.

Loads of people are having exact same issues with gb2

Dont know if its on bug list
