As the title says every time I open my HB to run it will always crash and give me this message -

" Could not load file or assembly 'fasmdll_managed. Version 1.0.3829.8764 Culture=Neutral. PublicKeyToken=53rd73c680b668dc5' or one of its dependencies, This system cannot find the file specified"

I have told this to support multiple times and they want to say there is nothing they can do for me, then grant me more time on my account, now how am I supposed to use this given time if I cant even use HB? I need some insight because this is been a never-ending battle for 3 days since I got it.

Any help would be appreciated

What version of windows are you using ?
Are you running 32bit WoW client ?

Am almost 90% certian your error is related to the .net framework.

Pretty sure its still a 32 bit, Talked to a buddy and he said you have to download the 64 bit. And my Windows is XP

I did a search though my comp and it said I have a 3.5 SP1 and a version 3.5, could that be an issue or is it the same version

No problem, I have this thread setup to email me when you reply, so I'll pop back soon as your done. Goodluck.

Check your HB folder, is the fasm.dll even there. I'd try a fresh install of HB first to be honest

as I continue looking im seeing alot of Microsoft visuals and shit like MSXML SP2 should I only be deleting stuff l ike Microsoft .Net 3.5 SP1 and older versions ( Ie 2.0 )

Just the .net frameworks, But double check what Nara said, as its something I've overlooked.

Yes, the fasm.dll is there. I have downloaded and deleted HB so many times so get this working. I'm at a loss of words.

Had a feeling it was something you'd of checked, ok carry on with replacing 3.5 cos if this doesn't work then am not 100% sure whats wrong, as am convinced its the .net
