Problems with buddy store

Hi guys, i have some problems with the buddy store, i rea on the buddywiki ( BosslandGmbH:Getting Started with the Buddy Store (as a Developer) - The Buddy Wiki ) that i need to compile an application form to request the acces as a developer to the store, i tried to go to that application form link but it seems be bugged ( link for the application form : Buddy Store ) it redirect me to the ogin page.
So i sent an email to : [email protected] that i assumed is the buddystore manager, but i received no answre.
Can someone explain me how to get access to the developer side of the store ?
