problems with bot login/forgot my password

ok well i got my bot like last mnt and im already having problems first i made a mistake and lost my password but i do remember the email address. second when i run the bot and everything the thing pops up where you need to put in your product key. so i did and like a couple second later it says invailed product key/ authentication failed. has anyone had these problems if so can you help me thanks cya

using the same email you used in checkout page and you will be able to track your key

and then use your key as described here
