problems rezzing

can anyone tell me when i do av or ab, and i die, i just stand at the spirit healer? but if i press forward just a touch, bot picks back up and keeps going. also im grinding by howling forge....and sometimes ill find my bot in ghost form in the middle of the ocean. no where remotely close to land....with all of his armor and weap's in red....so fuckin annoying. can someone suggest some ideas?

just did a few minutes ago. im seeing what i can do. i need a horde profile for av/isle and a good priest CC..so im trying to update them all and get it going to see what happens
