Problems Logging in!

Heya!

I have problems logging in!

I had to restart my computer when i came back on i had to turn in the details for logging in again.
But it says:
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!

I can log into the homepage here but not on my account on the program, What should i do.

Please help me!

"Invalid Account Details"=wrong username or pass

make sure that you are trying to log using your shop info

Well, i have tried to log in there now.
It says my information is wrong. I tried to restore my password but then it says:

Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again

Well, i know my mail is right.
But i can't remember name i thought it was the same as on the forum. But it isn't, and i don't know what to do.

Please help me!

again,try to log with your shop info,forums info can be diff

and keep in mind that your info is case sensitive
 
Well, i know my account name because i checked my other computer.
And there i could logg the account.

No i could not log into there you just linked me too. I tried to restore my password. But it says wrong information. but i know i'm giving right mail since i looked up the emails i got when i registered here.

yes, it does. I had to look up the user name, and it came up in my mind that i have honorbuddy on that computer also. So i checked my user name there.

Is what i get when i try to log in.

Then im going If you forgot your password, use this Link to reset it (a new password will be sent to your registered email adress)

When im there i write in my email and my username
I get this error: Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again
