Problems Downloading Honorbuddy

I just purchaced a session for honor buddy and have the key and everything in my email, but when i go to the downloads section to try and download the bot, it gives me an error every time i try and download saying that i'm trying to download files to quickly and i need to wait 55 seconds before downloading again. Obviously i wait the 55 seconds then try again and get the same message. I've tried on several computers with several browsers and get the same error every time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Ok i even stole some local wifi when i went out to get some smokes a min ago and still from there it says i've exceeded the maximum aloud downloads and won't let me download anything.....
