Problems doing a New Install

Hi there I downloaded the installer and keep getting an error. I have attached the log, please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you to help me . Thnx in advance for any help you can provide.

Hello here, I tried using the ZIP file, but honorbuddy wont start its stuck at logging in. Here is a screenshot and the log. As always any help you can offer is appreciated.

remove:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart
