problem with windows 10 injection finished event was never fired

im getting this error since i switched to windows 10 sometime it happens and sometimes it works fine any suggestions or help regarding the issue

process must have frozen or got out of sync : injection finished event was never fired

Hello I have seen this problem before. Except I also got a Direct x error. I just had to shut down and reboot PC.
