Problem with Skinning, skins a few and not others?

Checked through the levelbot and character settings and skinning is set as True. Watched the bot while compiling this log and the first few mobs it skinned fine but then proceeds to skip over the rest. I've attached the log, please advise on what I may be doing wrong.

Try a different combat routine

Combat routine? Would that be determine by the CC I have in use?
