Problem with running ...HELP!

Hello, I have a problem with running the TL ... I bought a package for 3 months and now I can not run it as time flies . I have used BuddyWizard and turned off anti-virus and continue the same. I do not know whether you need to wait for updates to 9.14 or me there is something wrong . I send log and ask for a quick answer because I do not know whether it is possible to extend the validity of the program .
