Problem with Questing

I finished a quest that honorbuddy was on, without using honorbuddy. Now it keeps going back and trying to pick up the quest(s) and is stuck constantly doing that. How do I check which quests are unfinished/complete so that I can manually set it to finished?

clear your quest log and restart Hb
