problem with my key

today i purchased a key ( have been using bot for a while but was with a different key) but the email that was suppost to send me a key sent me a order number and neither me or my friend can figure out what is wrong.. please help

i forgot to add in that i have forgot my username for buddyauth ( stupid me) so i can not log in.. can you reset my username or somthing? also this was just a one day sub so can i get a refund once it is working?
