problem with logs

Hi,
My HB sometimes creates logs and sometimes doesnt. I dont know why and I dont touch anything from the config. Should it create a log every time it press start right?

This is annoying because I cant report my logs when I see buggy behavior...

Okay, I looked harder and I found it. The logs name says "13:36" while the inside the log is "12:36", thats why I couldnt find the recent actions inside the file...
