Problem with Log-In

I have problem with loging-in Honor Buddy, I have my Login + Password to Log On - Buddy Auth Portal where I can see my key, but when I try to enter same Login + Password to HB it says: Invalid Account Details, Authentication Failed! I purchased 1 day
"trial" which is supported till 99999 year, so what am I doing wrong ?
